I had only had 35 hours tuition so wasn't sure whether I was going to pass first time but I not only passed but only got 2 minors & did a perfect bay park at the end of my test! Roger, my driving instructor knows how to get the best out of people even though they are nervous. I would recommend them to any of my friends - text or phone Vee who will sort you out lessons to suit your timetable.

Roger told me I was a natural behind the wheel & a pleasure to teach but I started to get really nervous just before my test & make silly mistakes - Roger calmed me down & enabled me to pass first time although I nearly mucked it up on the way back into the test centre! Now my brother is going to book up as well although I am betting he will need more lessons than me!!

Because of my work patterns I found it difficult to have regular lessons so it took me quite a long time to get to the stage where I felt confident enough to go for my test. LocaL School of Motoring stuck with me though & much to my delight Roger guided me to a first time pass at Tilbury test centre. I had great support from Vee in the office who was always cheerful and helpful even when I changed my lessons at short notice!

I needed to pass my test during the summer holidays but did not want to do an official intensive course - Roger & Vee worked round my holiday commitments & despite the DSA cancelling my original driving test supported me in getting another test through quickly. I am delighted to say I passed first time so am going back to Uni with another skill under my belt. My sister Leanne has just passed her test first time with LocaL School of Motoring as well.

I really needed to pass my test quickly because of family commitments & had tried a couple of other driving schools before I went to LocaL School of Motoring. I was going to have an intensive course but ended up after talking it over with LocaL deciding to spread the course over a period of about 7 weeks. Roger & Vee were able to fit me in 3 or 4 lessons a week working around my young family's needs & despite my being really nervous I passed first time! By doing it this way I feel that I now have the experience to drive by myself safely and I was supported every step of the way by a driving instructor who really cared why I needed to pass my test quickly. I would definitely recommend LocaL to anybody who is thinking of doing an intensive course as they charged me their normal rates for all my lessons with a discount for paying it all in one go.

LocaL School of Motoring helped me out when my driving school let me down on the day of my test. Roger agreed to take me out when my driving instructor had double booked on the morning I was supposed to take my test - he warned me that I had some bad habits and that I would probably not pass - he was right! I decided as he had been friendly and helpful that I would have a couple of lessons with him before I took another test and this time SUCCESS!! I would definitely recommend LocaL as they were friendly & professional as well as charging very fair prices.

I had to take my theory test several times - Roger was very patient & didn't try to make me have extra driving lessons that I did not need in between times - just let me go at my own pace - once I passed my theory I sailed through my practical driving test first time. I would be happy to recommend LocaL School of Motoring to anybody who wants to learn to drive.

I was really nervous when I first started driving but Roger's friendly & patient manner put me at my ease. I made a couple of really silly mistakes (broke the speed limit!) on my first test but Roger advised me to put straight back in for it and I sailed through the next time.

I would like to thank Roger, my instructor, and Vee who looks after the bookings for their help and support - they taught me that it was more important to be a safe and competent driver than just getting through a test as soon as possible.

I was so pleased to pass my test first timewith LocaL School of Motoring - I was really nervous on my last lesson before the test but Roger calmed me down on the day and made me feel that I was ready to go on the road on my own. LocaL helped me with everything that I needed for both my theory test and my practical test and taught me that driving is a skill for life. Also their promise of low cost lessons was really true.

My son Danny started lessons with LocaL School of Motoring just before Xmas a year back -unfortunately he injured his hand playing rugby two days after his first lesson and was not able to start again for quite a while. I would recommend LocaL to any parent who wants their son or daughter to have professional, friendly tuition. Roger, Danny's instructor and Vee, his wife who looks after all the bookings could not have been more supportive both to Danny & myself. They found us low cost learner insurance which meant that I could take him out for some practice in between his lessons and Roger supported me with help & advice in this process. Danny has now passed his test & Roger was very helpful in sorting out his Pass Plus so he could benefit from cheaper insurance as well. My younger son George has a little while before he is old enough to start lessons but he will definitely be learning with LocaL as they fully understand the pressures young students are under (and their parents!) and they really go the extra mile.

I first met Roger when he came to my school with his wife Vee to give us a session about safe driving in our enrichment programme on a Wednesday afternoon. I really enjoyed it and decided as soon as I was 17 I would have my lessons with LocaL School of Motoring.

I passed first time and now my girlfriend Eloise is having lessons with them as well.
